Prosthodontic Services
FULL AND PARTIAL DENTURES
Dentures, also known as false teeth are prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are available — full and partial dentures. Full dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.
Conventional dentures are removable, although there are many different denture designs, which can be bonded or clasped onto teeth or dental implants (fixed prosthodontics).
FIXED PARTIAL DENTURES
Fixed partial dentures, also known as bridges are dental prostheses that are luted, screwed, or mechanically attached or otherwise securely retained to natural teeth, tooth roots, and/or dental implant abutments. They are used to fill the gap where teeth are absent.
